		<description>I am curious, how valid are the investor purchase numbers you are referring to?  i.e. is this self reported by the buying agent, the buyer, the lender, escrow etc?  I must be missing something in regards to where the nature of the buyer is being reported unless it is the lender who is approving a non-occupant loan, and there stats are unlikely to be reported on any type of a timely basis--i.e. HUD reports etc.
